Morse seat hand reamer MK1 DIN 204 HSS NRSa, made in Poland, designed for sockets with Morse taper. The NRSa reamer is a tool for the final machining of a tapered hole with the required higher accuracy class. Manual reamer with cylindrical shank, having straight blades. It is used to achieve high dimensional accuracy and roughness. High-quality Morse hand reamer' MK1 NRSa, designed for machining Morse taper holes. This is a hand reamer, MK.1, in accordance with DIN 204, made in Poland. The NRSa reamer is used for the final machining of a conical hole with the required higher accuracy class. It has straight blades, and machining is carried out using a suitable knob (the reamer has a square collector). The reamer is recommended for high dimensional accuracy and roughness. Its advantage is high hardness and durability, which translates into a longer service life and a lower risk of blade damage when machining hard-to-machine materials. The NRSa reamer offered in our store is made entirely of high-quality HSS (High Speed Steel), the properties of which affect not only the greater strength of the tools, but also high precision machining.
