Inch burnisher R 1/4 tapered
Professional R 1/4 tapered inch burnisher. Round machine burnisher is a multi-point tool for cutting external threads. This is a R 1/4 tap ered pipe burner, uniform, which means that it makes a thread in one pass, after less than 2 coils and exactly 1.75 P is already made a full thread in 6g tolerance. The working principle of the thread cutter is to screw it on (like a nut on a bolt), during which the blades of the thread cutter cut the thread. The tool is made of high-grade SW7M high-speed steel from the HSS family. It is possible to use the dies both in manual and machine processing. An important issue when making threads by hand is the use of burnisher holders, thanks to which the proper execution of the thread is ensured and damage to the burnisher can be avoided. Thread cutters have chip holes that are designed to drain the cut material, depending on the size of the thread cutter, there can be usually from 3-6 holes. In the working part of the burnisher, there are cutting parts (exist on both parts of the working part) and a guiding part located in the center of the working part.
