Machine reamer for metal 39 H7
High-qualitymachine reamer 39 H7, finishing reamer with a 39 mm Morse taper shank NRTc, designed for final machining of cylindrical, through-hole and blind holes. It is a finishing, shank reamer on a Morse taper, conforming to the DIN 208 B dimensional standard. The reamer has torsion chip grooves. It is suitable for machining requiring a higher tolerance class - H7. The purpose of the reamer is to correct errors in the shape and dimension of the machined hole and ensure the lowest possible roughness of its surface. Due to the production of reamers from high-quality HSS high-speed steel, they are much more efficient and guarantee precise machining. In addition, 39 H7 machine reamers are resistant to very harsh working conditions and resistant to mechanical damage. They are suitable for conventional and CNC numerical machine tools. They can be used for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and other hard materials of P1.2 grade - P1.3.
