Hand taps M4,5 3 pieces

Hand tapsM4,5 x0,75 HSS - a set of three professional hand taps, which includes: pre-threader - 8P, ripper - 4P and finisher - 2P. They are designed for making metric ordinary threads type M, diameter 4,5 mm. The threading process is carried out manually in three successive stages, and the total allowance of the cut material is divided among all three threaders respectively. A special knob is required for threading. The tools are in accordance with DIN 352, ISO DIN-13. M4,5 hand t aps are produced from special tool steel HSS (High Speed Steel), the properties of which allow professional processing of unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics, metal alloys. The advantages of HSS are noticeable in the possibility of obtaining high machining efficiency and high cutting precision. The tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2-6H. In addition, the threaders are resistant to harsh working conditions and their blades are resistant to any mechanical damage. This extends the time of use of threaders, and also affects the reduction of labor costs. The offered threaders are manufactured by the Serbian company FRA. This is a brand valued by specialists all over the world. Taps of the FRA brand are characterized by higher cutting parameters.
