Modern metal drill 32,25 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, complying with DIN 345, NWKc designed for drilling through-holes and blind holes in hard materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. It is a drill produced entirely from HSS high-speed steel, by rolling method. It has 2 central blades, strong ground cutting edges, an apex angle of 118 degrees and also special chip grooves to guide chips up the drilled hole. The 32.25 HSS metal drill bits are highly resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including the high temperatures created when drilling at high speeds. The features of the drills make it possible to reduce machining time, and thus make more rational use of the workstations you have. The Morse taper drills we offer are resistant to potential mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, breakage, dulling). They are recommended for various types of conventional machine tools: drills, lathes, milling machines, as well as for CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
