Most often they are cut on pipes and elements for their connections. The offered inch-pipe machine threaders are used for making threads of type G, 3/4", with an angle of 55 degrees, DIN ISO 228. Type of cut C - for threading through-holes and blind holes in materials with a short chip. The G 3/4" machine threaders in question for stainless steel, are manufactured in accordance with DIN 5156 from special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. This is a unique material, which, compared with standard tool steel, allows much higher machining parameters. Above all, it significantly increases machining productivity, improves cutting accuracy and also increases the toughness of the taps' blades to withstand harsh working conditions (even temperatures of up to 670 degrees).
