Complete thread cutting is carried out in just one working pass, after less than two coils - 1,75P. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Offered die are made in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. For the production of threading dies, special HSS high-speed steel is used. This is a material with very high cutting properties, used for the manufacture of professional tools for multi-series machining. Die hSS steels are very resistant to the high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. In addition, they are very resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, splintering, chipping), which significantly increases the life of the tool.
