It is suitable for making quick measurements of diameters and internal dimensions. The measuring tools we offer are distinguished by high quality workmanship and long service life.
The10-18 two-point dial diameter ga uge makes it possible to take measurements very quickly. Its advantage is also the repeatability of taking measurements and the possibility to check whether the made hole is perfectly round and does not have any deformations. Each dial diameter gauge consists of a precision dial sensor, which is used to read the measurement, a measuring tip and interchangeable tips, which are required when measuring different diameters or different dimensions.
The two-point dial diameter gauge 10-18 we offer is suitable for precise measurements, as it is used to measure with an accuracy of 0.01 mm.
Please note that the 10-18 0,01 dial indicators do not measure the dimension directly, but only the deviation from a previously set standard dimension on the dial gauge. In order to set such a master dimension, it is necessary to use a master ring, gauge blocks and external micrometers beforehand.
In order to make a correct measurement, it is necessary to insert the diameter gauge at the right angle into the drilled hole and, by tilting the diameter gauge to the right or left, find the furthest point counterclockwise. This will put the diameter gauge in the 0 position, which means that the diameter of the previously drilled hole is deviated from the standard by 0.00 mm.
